At PRx Performance, we are dedicated to providing high-quality fitness equipment and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and in like-new condition, including all hardware and assembly instructions.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the items back to our warehouse facility, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked on the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
